Dan joined the firm in 2005 after graduating from Marquette University Law School.  He focuses his practice on personal injury and civil litigation; estate planning and probate; and real estate, including landlord/tenant disputes and zoning issues.  
 
Dan has extensive experience in representing people who have been injured through the negligence and wrongdoing of others.  He has successfully resolved hundreds of personal injury cases through negotiation, litigation, mediation, and trial.  Dan also has experience in assisting clients with crafting an individualized estate plan that meets their needs through the use of wills, trusts, and other estate planning tools.  He assists both buyers and sellers with residential and commercial real estate transactions, and represents property owners in foreclosure and eviction actions.  Dan also has a number of small business clients, whom he advises on various matters including proper hiring and firing of employees, non-compete agreements, employee handbooks, and unemployment claims.  
 
Dan attended American University Law School and Marquette Law School, graduating from Marquette in 2005. As an undergraduate, he attended UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee, where he earned majors in Physics, French, and Education, with a minor in History. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association and the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
