While I now focus on Estate Planning (Five Star Rating per Milwaukee Magazine) Business (Member of State Bar Business Law Section) and Real Estate (Member of State Bar Real Estate Section), I have been privileged to have worked on a wide range of legal matters in my forty (40) year career. I have particularly enjoyed helping form businesses, assisting them in various legal issues and helping construct a succession plan or merger or acquisition structure. The creativity involved in Estate Planning, including Revocable Trusts, has also interested me. The structuring of Real Estate acquisitions, sales, and management issues and zoning has certainly been challenging and rewarding.

My tenure on State Bar Committees for the Board of Professional Responsibility and Office of Lawyer Regulation has reinforced my understanding and commitment to strong ethics. I have also enjoyed applying my legal knowledge while serving my community as a member of the Whitefish Bay Fire and Police Commission, President of the First Neighborhood Credit Union, Director and Officer of the Brady Street Association and President of the North Shore Kiwanis.

My knowledge of Italian has allowed me to represent Italian companies and my years of service in the Judge Advocate General Legal Corps. has given me insight into military issues. I strive to continue the tradition of this office which began in 1946, providing courteous, trustworthy, and successful representation to a wide variety of individuals and businesses.
